What is meditation?

We’ve all heard about meditation but sometimes are not sure how to learn it or what to expect. Meditation is best understood as a state of mental silence or ‘thoughtless awareness’ in which one is fully alert and aware but free of the unnecessary thoughts or worries that lead to many of life’s day to day stresses. This state of silence occurs spontaneously when one learns how to focus on the experience of the present moment, leading to a state of peace and calm.

Free meditation classes – learning from the comfort of your home

Attending one of our ONLINE CLASSES (Every Wednesday 7 – 8 pm MT*) will allow you to experience this inner peace. You will learn how to meditate at home and how to keep in mental and emotional balance. The techniques are intuitive and easy to learn and practice. No physical exercises, postures or special clothing is required. All meetings are offered free of charge by experienced practitioners.
